Trekker GPS trying different receivers.

Is anyone using Trekker with a different receiver then the RoyalTecbt1000 that ships with the unit? I am interested in some thoughts on the royaltec bt2001 or the global sat bt338 using Sirf III technology. I am trying a global sat bt338 and find that it sometimes gives me wrong information and although I am stationary it reports me moveing and reflects this in reporting different street. It's plus is it will grab a signal anyware and hold it no matter what. Looking forward to some good observations! Thanks.
